The success of a company depends strongly on the employees’ willingness to perform their tasks and on their level of work satisfaction. Leadership behaviour is one of the most important means to motivate employees, but some leadership styles may also denominate them.
Our training of leadership behaviour targets two areas: 1. Interpersonal skills and 2. conceptual skills. Interpersonal skills will be enhanced to enable a better psychological understanding of interaction partners (employees, customers etc.), The participants will be trained to recognise employees’ motives, interests, skills, and potentials. These diagnostic abilities are the basis for a more employee-tailored communication and higher acceptance. - Conceptual skills as task-related abilities are trained, i. e. to analyse tasks, to make decisions, to identify opportunities and potential problems, and set solutions into practice in rapidly changing surroundings.

TEAM BUILDING AND TEAM WORK
Target group: Newly built teams; teams which want to resolve conflicts and / or improve their performance; and teams working as partners to manage change within the organisation
Problem and seminar objective:
The high achievement potentials of a team may be blocked by different factors such as a lack of knowledge of each other, unclear group identity and unclear goals, unexamined routine, disconnected work, unknown individual capacities and interests, conflicts within the group or between groups in the organisation
This seminar helps: to improve the self-perception of the team; to identify strong and weak points; to develop new and creative ideas; and to provide the team with psychological and administrative tools for a more satisfactory and sufficient cooperation.

SUCCESSFUL INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION
Target group: Managers and experts who want to improve their communication skills with co-workers, customers and suppliers
Problem and seminar objective:
To have good arguments is a first step to convince people of your ideas. Often this is not sufficient. You also have to tailor your communication to the motivations of your conversational partners and present your message according to effective psychological principles.
Firstly basic patterns and analytical skills of interpersonal communication are taught. Secondly these tools will be applied to help you present yourself more effectively and convincingly in the areas of conversations, meetings, negotiations and group presentations.
